On January 22, 2021, TradesNL reached out to all political leaders in Newfoundland and Labrador to comment on their support and vision for skilled tradespeople and the construction industry. To date, the only leader to respond is PC Leader, Ches Crosbie.
Mr. Crosbie replied, “when Newfoundlanders and Labradorians build our province, everyone benefits. Like you, I recognize that when our construction industry thrives, our communities thrive. I look forward to working with you in the coming weeks and months on how we can work together to grow our economy and bring back jobs to Newfoundland and Labrador.”
