
“If love was enough you would still be here” it is with profound sadness that we announce the tragic passing of father, son and brother Jason Henry Humby at the age of 40 on Saturday August 14th, 2021. A motorcycle enthusiast, and a jack of all trades with a love for his family and friends. Jason was born on April 18th 1981, in Come By Chance alongside his twin brother Jeremy. Predeceased by his father Allison Humby and grandfather Albion Humby, grandparents Gordon Fry, Ethel-May Fry, Henry Soper and Rosmund Soper. Left with fond memories his mother Debbie (Gary) his father Freeman (Judy), his partner Jodi Dodge, his children Riley and Hillary, step-sons Carter and Jared, his brothers Jeff (Gwen), Jeremy (Melissa), Justin (Dominique), Jonathan (Jessica) and Todd, his sisters Nancy (Shane), Tracy (Sean) and Sonja (Mitchell); his grandmother’s Jenny Humby and Eileen Decker, 20 nieces and nephews and a large circle of Aunts, Uncles, Family and Friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville on Wednesday, August 18 from 7 – 9 p.m. and Thursday, August 19 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Memorial United Church, Clarenville with interment at the United Church Cemetery, Clarenville.
